THIS IS A FRINGE STITCH. If you require help, please let me know and I can help you. I have also attached pics in the file. After the design is fully stitched and finished, leave it in the hoop. Flip your hoop over to the back side and ONLY cut the white bobbin stitches on the back side of the design, which will have been your LAST stitch of the design. Once all the bobbin threads are cut, flip the hoop to the front and lightly tug with a finger nail or a dull instrument to lightly pull up the fringe. Voila! Now you know how to fringe!

I highly suggest to ALWAYS use 2 layers of non-woven watersoluable stabilizer for FSL items! It will give you the best stitch out and minimal flaws with thread.
